1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of transfer services provided by Prime-Transfer ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide pre-booked passenger transportation services in Prague and across the Czech Republic. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
3. Bookings
- Provide accurate information: pickup address, destination, date and time, number of passengers and luggage.
- We may contact you to confirm details or request additional information.
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if it violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Pricing and Payments
- Prices are shown before order confirmation and may vary based on route, time, and vehicle type.
- Payment methods: cash, card, or other methods indicated in the order flow.
- For online payments, processing is performed by secure payment providers; we do not store full card data.
5. Cancellations and Changes
- Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before pickup time unless stated otherwise during booking.
- Late cancellation or no-show may incur a fee up to 100% of the order price.
- Changes (time, route, passengers) are subject to availability and may affect the price.
6. Waiting Time and Delays
- Standard free waiting time: 15 minutes for city pickups; for airports and stations, unless otherwise agreed, 45 minutes after landing/arrival.
- Additional waiting time may be charged at the rate indicated during booking.
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road works, strikes, or force majeure.
7. Passenger Responsibilities
- Follow driver instructions and local laws; seat belts must be worn.
- Smoking, consuming alcohol or drugs in the vehicle is prohibited.
- You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your group.
8. Luggage and Personal Items
- Inform us in advance if you have oversized luggage, fragile items, or special equipment.
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle.
9. Child Seats and Safety
Upon request, we provide child seats subject to availability. You are responsible for requesting the appropriate seat type.
10. Partner Drivers
Services may be provided by our verified partner drivers. All partners are required to comply with these Terms and applicable regulations.
11. Liability
- Our liability is limited to direct damages foreseeable at the time of contract.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or missed connections.
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including natural disasters, wars, epidemics, strikes, or government actions.
13. Intellectual Property
The content of the website, brand names, and logos are the property of Prime-Transfer or its licensors and may not be used without permission.
14. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email. The last update date is indicated above.
16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation; failing that, by competent courts in the Czech Republic.
