Is the price per person or per car?
The price is per car for the selected vehicle class, regardless of the number of passengers (within car capacity).
What if my flight is delayed?
We track all flights in real-time. Waiting time up to 60 minutes is included in the price at no extra cost.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 hours before the trip starts without penalties.
How do I find the driver at the airport?
The driver meets you in the arrivals hall with a sign displaying your name. Driver contact details are sent in advance.
Do I need to pay extra for luggage?
Standard luggage (2-3 suitcases) is included in the price. Extra charges may apply for large luggage or sports equipment.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with cash (EUR, CZK, USD) or card directly to the driver. Online payment during booking is also available.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats are provided free of charge upon request. Please specify the child's age when booking.
What does the night rate include?
Night rate applies from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM and is +20% of the standard price. Applied based on trip start time.
Can I make stops during the trip?
Yes, additional stops can be arranged upon request. Each stop may incur additional charges depending on duration and location.
Do you provide Wi-Fi in vehicles?
Yes, most of our vehicles are equipped with free Wi-Fi for passenger convenience during the journey.
Is passenger insurance included?
Yes, all passengers are covered by comprehensive insurance during the transfer at no additional cost.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, but same-day bookings are often possible subject to availability.
